I have been playing guitar for over 25 years now and have now incorporated my sheet metal work hand in hand with
my admiration of guitar playing. I am the only one in the world that fabricates these pick guards & speaker cabinet
cover grills. Trace out a scale drawing of your pick guard on some thin construction paper with all the holes clearly
marked out and I will put some killer designs of my own or whatever you want (within reason) and mail it to me.

This is a another collage I made for a local
airbrush artist shop to give people an idea
of what I can do.
I do all of this by hand on .040 aluminum
and mirrored stainless metal

My version of the Cadillac logo in
Mirrored Stainless Steel, of course in
"3D"

I used this design (from Rich Evans @ Huntington Beach Body works -
Awesome painter/Fabricator) and the amazing thing about it.... I rolled it
out on a piece of .012" flashing material, about as thin as a coke can,
with no distortion, Note how I can bend the material effortlessly, This is
possible by way of one of the many custom dies that I have designed
exclusively just for my fabricating needs, I might put the dies on the
market in 2009, so keep a lookout for them to go on sale as soon as I
get a patent on them.

3D Tribal SPIDER

I'm taking a stab and expanding to household
decor, imagine something 3D like this in a
large range hood in your kitchen.

Fig #1 is the front view, Fig #2 is the backside, so weather
you want your design concave or convex, I can fabricate it.

.021" Copper, .012" Flashing

is 7" wide x 8" tall, really small, and this was made in .040" aluminum is
7" wide x 8" tall, really small, and this was made in .040" aluminum then
powder coated. One of the pictures are a little blurry but it shows how
light glistens off of the high spots. I have the only dies in the world to do
this, and I may or may not try selling them on my website in late 2009,
please keep checking back, or put in for your own set now, and when
the patent goes through you will be on the list. Thank you for your

These are a set of ramp assist planks I made for a customer so
he can pull his car in and out of his trailer without damaging the
chassis, I can make a custom set for you! Everything I fabricate
is for sale or I can make your own set.

Custom Amplifier Grills
I can fabricate a custom grill for your amp cabinet, weather it is a 2x12
Combo like seen here or even a 4x12 Marshall style cabinet. Like everything
else, I can put just about any design on these that you would like (within
reason), and it will not hurt your wallet too much either, call or write me
today with your theme. The cost of a grill around this size, a 2x12" combo,
with your logo from $50 - $85. A 4x12" front grill can be done for around
$100-$150. I am using .032" grill mesh material which has the hole spacing
just wide enough to where I can create a 3D design in it and make it really

Custom "Strat" Pickguard and a couple of Les Paul style
guards as well. I can even do the whole body, and I also have
carbon fiber that i can make back plates and pick guards out
of!!
