Check out these tiny flames,
these can only be accomplished
with my dies that I designed,
Messing around making a rose,
a very small one at that, I can
make small designs within
reason for any application that
you might need.
A collage of different
designs that I am capable
of rolling out.
Custom 3D Artwork
** Attention Guitar Players **
I have been playing guitar for over 22 years now ("guitartricks.com" has some of my work on it) and have now
incorporated my sheet metal work hand in hand with my admiration of guitar playing. I am the only one in the world
that fabricates these pick guards. Trace out a scale drawing of your pick guard on some thin construction paper
with
all the holes clearly marked out and I will put some killer designs of my own or whatever you want (within
reason, I am not a watch maker so nothing too small.......lol) and mail it to me. Soon I will have an example of
amplifier grills in 3D for combo amps, keep a lookout for those......
This is a another collage I made for a local
airbrush artist shop to give people an idea
of what I can do.
Whatever the you I can more than likely
fabricate it for you it for you. The
cigarette pack is to show how small the
work is, I do all of this by hand on .040
aluminum and mirrored stainless metal with
my own (*soon to be patented) rolling dies.
My version of the Cadillac logo in
Mirrored Stainless Steel of course in
"3D"
I made this panel for my
toolbox drawer cover
Here are a few  of the artwork designs that I have made. I have designed all of my own custom bead roller wheels for all my applications
to make all of the small intricate work you see on my site and I am working on the patent for them as well, so, if you have a design in mind
let me know, I am
VERY reasonable with my prices. Thank you so much for visiting my website and please tell a friend, and I would like to
give a very special thanks to Mittler Brothers for the awesome machine I use for all of my creations.
Various 3D Artwork
From Drawings to actual
3D art.
Mustang door panels from
my race car page, left and
right side
I used this design (from Rich Evans @ Huntington Beach Body works -
Awesome painter/Fabricator) and the amazing thing about it.... I rolled it
out in thin flashing material, about as thin as a coke can, with no
distortion, Note how I can bend the material efforlessly, This is possible
by way of one of the many dies that I design and use special for all my
work, all dies will be for sale soon, if you are interested in buying them
reserve your set today, I am working on the patents right now, I just
need to know if anyone wants to buy them.   (12-07)
This one is made from
normal .040" aluminum

How does he do it?
This is one of the
very first 3D major
designs that I rolled
out
Another cool
design, 3D SPIDER
This is an example of
how small I can make
letters. It was a good
challenge, I made it for
someone just to make it
"THE MACHINE" ..... oh yeah and the Mittler Brothers Bead roller  :)

Here is another Rose that I made the other
day out of a nice piece of .021" copper, I am
trying to expand to household decorating,
imagine something 3D like this in a large
range hood in your kitchen???
I can fabricate for your home needs also, if you have a
special custom job for your bar or exterior or even a new
range hood like nothing ever seen before made out of copper
let me know, it would make a great party conversation when
your friends see your 3D kitchen or exterior copper
enhancements, which I have never seen. Fig #1 is the front
side view, Fig #2 is the backside, so weather you want your
design concave or convex I can fabricate it. What design do
you desire?

.021" Copper, .012" Flashing
I made this piece for a cool Firebird drag/street car, I will have more
pictures soon, this is the center console piece which will have 3 gages
under the logo on some upcoming pictures. I believe the size of this bird
is 7" wide x 8" tall, really small, and this was made in .040" aluminum
then powder coated. One of the pictures are a little blurry but it shows
how light glistens off of the high spots. I have the only dies in the world
to do this, but....as soon as I get the patent...... (4-20-2008)
